Earworm*

Disaster clean-up from the Chinese laundry that exploded in my living room is slow going.

But soon as you turned around (turned around)

If I think of all the things need to do more than a few days into the future can feel the beginnings of withdrawal into a persistent catatonic state.

There's something that I realized (yeah)

Did my taxes. Yesterday. So could file my FAFSA, due April 1st. Right on top of things as per usual.

You look better from behind

Gotta go to the craphole soon. Goal to stop and get groceries on the way home as there is no food in my house.

You look better from behind (grown and sexy)

Promise if you keep being my friend will be much less of a bore and a downer in approximately 35 days.

*One article read said that it is more likely to affect those with neurotic tendencies. I choose not to believe it.

Today was two classes, two tests.

The craphole really wants to fire me, but people keep quitting, so they keep me around.

Fab.

Today was partly cloudy with a little smattering of warm rain droplets.

Spring.

At this very moment my eyelids weigh 4,987 pounds.

Went to wipe the mascara from neath my eyes and realized it wasn't makeup, just big ol' bags of tired out goodness.

Tomorrow I'm playing nurse at the city-county health department.

The end.

Nursing school is like one giant vampiric Florence Nightingale waiting to suck the life out of unsuspecting students.

Little white hat, big shiny teeth.

Today I want to go see a photography exhibit, but it is rainy and gloomy and I can't seem to overcome the gravitational pull of the bed.

Maybe tomorrow?

Pair with some window shopping? Picnic lunch at the wildflower center?

Will keep you posted.

Spring Break

Morning with Boyfriend.

Sent off to work looking adorable (and quite fuckable) in yellow tie, french blue shirt.

Snow peas and chickens. Cute little indie grocery for cilantro.

Nerdy birthday gift for Sister from 'earth-friendly-everything store'.

Plotting south of the river relocation.

Lunch. Mexican vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Sun just poked out from behind the clouds where he has been hiding the last couple days.

Little breeze swirling about. Chorus of tinkling wind chimes, one that clangs, and a handful of chittering birds.

Short stories and afternoon pot of tea.

Nap.

Walk.

Then maybe (and it's a big maybe) some of the homework that needs to be done.

Kiss hello. How was your day?

Removal of aforementioned shirt and tie.

Fried rice for dinner.

Call it a night.

Sure beats wet t-shirt contests and jell-o shots, eh?
