Three Ginger Cookies
Think I undercooked the roux for the sauce for the shepherd's pie. Was afraid it was going to either a) scorch or b) explode into a fiery mess up my arm.
Mostly b).
Everything else seems to be coming along nicely.
Smells good up in here.
